LUCKNOW: The
Lucknow Development Authority (
LDA) passed 2020-21 budget on Saturday, allocating Rs 35 crore for road repair and maintenance work in the city.
LDA expects Rs 2,330 crore as revenue from various sources like sale of property, grants and realisation of fees and has pegged the expenditure at Rs 2,480 crore.
The authority has earmarked Rs 35 crore for construction, renovation and widening of roads, construction of dividers and footpaths to improve traffic flow. It has allocated around Rs 20 crore for repair work in Jankipuram while the rest will be spent in other areas.
