Expedite distribution of cards for Ayushman Bharat: MP Bhamre

NASHIK: The work of distribution of cards for Ayushman Bharat scheme should be expedited to reach maximum beneficiaries at the earliest said Dr Subhash Bhamre the Member of Parliament, Dhule.
Dr Bhamre was addressing the meeting of Disha at Zilla Parishad office in Dhule town.
The meeting of District Development Coordination and Monitoring Committee is held every three months and is chaired by the local Member of Parliament.
Dr Bhamre reviewed the progress and planning of all government agencies to ensure rural development and implementation of Central government schemes meant for rural development reaching the beneficiaries.
Expressing concern over power supply issues to water supply schemes in the city as well as rural areas, MP Dr Bhamre has asked MSEDCL to prepare reports for development of power supply infrastructure for the city and rural that will also help in ensuring better water supply for the people.
With this even the people will get better power infrastructure as well.
He also so stressed for various measures to be taken up to ensure the beneficiaries of Ayushman Bharat scheme get treatment for the beneficiaries at the earliest.
He also reviewed Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Scheme, the various government schemes including Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana Pradhanmantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana, Integrated Watershed Development Programme, Prime Minister Crop Insurance Scheme, Pradhan Mantri Aawas Yojana, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and others.
Gangadharan D, the district collector of Dhule, has asked the health department of the Zilla Parishad to expedite the process of presenting the cards to Ayushman Bharat Yojana beneficiaries for better implementation of the scheme.
