Google is celebrating the birthday of Sir John Tenniel with a doodle. Sir John Tenniel was an English illustrator and political cartoonist in the second half of the 19th century. Sir John Tenniel was born in London on 28th February in 1820. To this day, his works continue to delight children and adults alike. He was mostly a self-taught artist and tasted success early as illustrator for historic weekly magazine Punch.
