Temperature in Pune drops by around 20 Celsius

PUNE: The temperature in Pune dropped by around 2 degrees Celsius on Wednesday, as residents experienced cooler breeze in the nighttime and early mornings.

The city recorded a maximum temperature of 30.8 degrees Celsius, which was around 1.6 degrees lower than normal, while the minimum was 12.2 degrees Celsius on Wednesday, both dropping by around two degrees since Monday. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) Pune has predicted the maximum temperature to gradually rise back up to around 34 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature to 17 degrees Celsius by March 1.

Osmanabad recorded the lowest minimum temperature in the State at 10.4 degrees celsius followed by Nagpur at 11.3, and then Pune.
