Sandip Foundation conducts Techcellence 2020

NASHIK: The ninth edition of Techcellence, a national level technical competition, was organised by the Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Department of Sandip Institute of Technology and Research Center (SITRC) on Monday.
While guiding the students at this time, Arvind Mahapatra, Founding Director, Netwin Systems & Software (I) Pvt. Ltd., urged the students to take skill based education. He said that in today's world of competition, students are advised to gain skills in programming language such as 'Python' for employment and company placement."
In his address, Shashank Todwal, a former student of BITs Pilani, Goa, said that he also developed various skills such as time planning, skill planning, stress planning, leadership skills and trust while organising such events in his college.
The principal of the college, S T Gandhe, urged the students to adopt the philosophy to 'ASK' where 'A' stands for conditionality, 'S' stands for skill and 'K' stands for knowledge.
This year, various competitions such as Paper Presentation (Technical Skills), Poster Contest (Presentation Skills), Quiz Contest (Remembrance Skills), Tug of War (Teamwork Skills), Clash Royal and Idea Pitch (Entrepreneurship Skills) were organised in the event. About 700 students from Maharashtra participated in various engineering diplomas and degree colleges.
