Travel and Transport launch the very first traveller wellbeing service

With the help of this service, travellers will receive a trip summary and similar other trip advice 24 hours before their respective journey. The wellbeing recommendations would be sent through email or Dash Mobile, the company’s mobile app that provides all of a travellers’ need at one place.

 

 

The wellbeing service would recommend to travellers advice such as tip to fight jet lag and adjusting with time differences. It would also provide information on nearby parking areas and fitness facilities available. In addition, it would also keep travellers informed about healthy restaurant options near their hotel and the fitness facilities offered by their hotels.

 

 

Leading global chemical and carbon renewal organization, the Eastman Chemical Company has been one of the pilot customers who has availed the service. The service has been well-received by the company and they are now excited to give out the early stages of the program to the employees. Many other pilot customers have also provided positive feedback about the service since the start of the trials at the beginning of the year.

 

 

Kevin O’ Malley, Chairman and CEO, Travel and Transport said in a press statement that the company always search for new ways to improve the experience of their travellers and considers wellbeing as one such feature. He shared that the pre-trip advice is part of a larger wellbeing initiative undertaken by Travel and Transport. He further added that the company will provide travel managers with tools that can improve wellbeing and engagement of travellers.

 

 

The company also aims to introduce additional tools for travel managers later this year.
