Madhya Pradesh has become the first state in the country to issue a unified driving license and registration card. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath launched a new system in the state today by inaugurating the 'Unified Driving License and Registration Card' in Bhopal.

Chief Minister Kamal Nath inaugurated this together in the presence of Transport and Revenue Minister Govind Singh Rajput. Earlier only a unified driving license was issued by the Uttar Pradesh government.
