City folk had fun at this boat party

It was a Valentine’s Day celebration with a difference. A club recently hosted a bash on a bajra (boat) to mark V Day. The boat was decorated with red and white balloons to give a feel of the special day. The beautiful ambience, with the picturesque water front added to the bash. The members came along with their spouse, dressed in vibrant colours, mainly in red, the colour of love.

To make the event more engaging music was arranged. A game of antakshri was played with the members divided into teams. Ritesh and Neha rendered songs like Yeh Mera Dil Pyaar Ka Deewana and Khai Ke Paan Banaras Wala.

Adding a whiff of romance was a couple dance on some romantic gems of film music. Ajit and Mona Mehrotra danced on the song Tu Kahan Main Yahan while everyone joined in as the song Jab Koi Baat Bigad Jaye was played.

Making the moment more special, birthday of Anil Bajaj and golden wedding anniversary of Ram and Savita Maheshwari was celebrated with cutting of a cake.
