Sneak Peek: DeLuca is Still Angry with Meredith

Hayes (guest star Richard Flood) is upset because he's waiting for a liver for his six-year-old patient and a snow storm has shut down Seattle's roads.

DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti) volunteers to go out in the storm to get it, and when Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) tries to warn him it could be dangerous, he makes it clear that he's still angry with her.
