For the first time, Congress Sonia Gandhi has stated about the violence spread in the national capital Delhi for the last three days. Sonia Gandhi, while targeting the Modi government in the press conference today, has directly blamed Union Home Minister Amit Shah for this violence.

Sonia Gandhi has even demanded Amit Shah's resignation in this matter. During this, she has also taken a dig at Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Sonia Gandhi has appealed for peace to the people of Delhi. She has also given some suggestions to calm this violence.

She has advised setting up of Peace Committee in every locality, posting of Senior Civil Servant in every district and visiting Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal to visit the affected areas to calm the violence. So far 20 people have lost their lives in this violence in Delhi and more than 150 have been injured.
