FALL RIVER — Bishop Connolly's boys' basketball playoff home game against Nantucket High School, originally scheduled for today (Thursday), has been rescheduled for Saturday at 3 p.m. on Lafrance Gymnasium's Shea Court.

The Division 4 South first-round game was moved to Saturday due to the forecast for high winds on both Thursday and Friday, Connolly coach Bill Shea said in a text. Nantucket travels to the mainland by ferry.

Connolly (17-5) is the top seed in D4 South. Nantucket (11-10) is seeded 17th and last but defeated Holbrook 72-54 in the lone preliminary-round game. Holbrook upset Connolly during the regular season.
