Two bike-borne men snatched a woman's bag in Juhu on Monday, and fled. Deepika Bhardwaj, a Delhi-based documentary filmmaker was in Juhu when the incident took place.
While Deepika was on her way, the bike-borne men rammed into her auto. When the auto reached Juhu circle, the pillion rider snatched her bag, which had her debit card and Aadhaar card. The auto driver tried to chase them, but the two fled.
Hello @MumbaiPolice two boys on a scooty just snatched my bag at Juhu Circle from inside the auto. Their scooty didn't have a number. I chased but they took footpath & fled. Looked professional. Locals say there are many incidents like this happening in the area. What r u doing?

Deepika then tweeted about the incident and tagged Mumbai Police. The cops asked her to file a complaint but she could not decide as she is in the city just for 2-3 days, she said.
