NEW DELHI: Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange traded 96 points, or 0.80 per cent, lower at 11,938, indicating a gap-down start for Dalal Street. Here are a few stocks which may buzz the most in today's trade:

Reliance Communications: The company said a meeting of the company's committee of creditors is scheduled to be held on Monday. No other details were disclosed.

YES Bank: Hinduja Group is partnering with private equity firm Cerberus Capital Management LP in seeking to pick up a stake in embattled Yes Bank, according to people familiar with the matter.

Bandhan Bank: The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) may offer a breather to Bandhan Bank to dilute its promoter holding after allowing another private lender Kotak Mahindra Bank time to reduce the holding of its promoters, while capping their voting rights.

Biocon: The company said it has received three observations from the US health regulator following inspection of its insulin manufacturing facility in Malaysia. USA had conducted a pre-approval inspection of Biocon's subsidiary Biocon Sdn Bhd's manufacturing facility in Malaysia for Insulin Glargine between February 10 and 21.

UPL: Agro-chemical firm UPL said its Mauritian subsidiary has raised $400 million (around Rs 2,840 crore) by issuing bonds, and the amount will be used to retire existing debt.

Vodafone Idea: The conpany will not be able to cash out of the Bharti Infratel-Indus Towers merged entity early enough to generate money to help pay off a bigger part of its huge adjusted gross revenue dues by March 17, the deadline set by the Supreme Court, said industry executives and analysts.

Bharti Infratel: The company said its board will meet on February 24 to chart out the future course of action following the telecom department's approval for merger with Indus Towers. The Department of Telecom (DoT) had approved the merger of the country's largest mobile tower company Indus Towers with Bharti Infratel, according to official sources.

Khadim India: ICRA Limited has revised its ratings with respect to overall bank borrowings of the company for an aggregate amount of Rs 204 crore. The long term rating has been revised to BBB+ from A with rating change from Stable to Negative. Short term rating has been revised to A2 from A1.

M&M: Mahindra & Mahindra said its wholly-owned arm Mahindra Renewables will sell its entire stake in three subsidiaries to CLP India, a part of Hong Kong-based CLP Group, for nearly Rs 340 crore.

RIL: Billionaire Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Retail has topped the list of 50 fastest-growing retailers globally between FY13 and FY18, in Deloitte’s Global Powers of Retailing 2020 index.

Aurobindo Pharma: The US Food and Drug Administration has reopened its investigation of Aurobindo Pharma's Unit-4 manufacturing facility, days after the regulator had announced that it had recommended voluntary action by the company to follow good manufacturing practices.

Dilip Buildcon: The company said it has executed an EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) agreement for construction of a new greenfield airport at Rajkot in Gujarat.

GMR Infra: Competition Commission of India has given approval for GMR group's proposed 49 per cent stake sale in its airport business to France's Groupe ADP. The regulator's clearance is through the green channel, which allows for an automatic system for speedy approval of combinations, subject to certain conditions.

Godrej Properties: Realty firm Godrej Properties sold properties worth Rs 3,532 crore during the April-December 2019 period, up 12 per cent as compared with a year-ago period.

Electrosteel Steels: The company is evaluating a greenfield project in Karnataka while it is in the process of doubling capacity in its Bokaro steel plant to 3 million tonnes in the next two years at a cost of about Rs 5,000 crore

RattanIndia Power: The company is looking to raise Rs 500 crore working capital from its existing lenders to resume 1,350-mw Sinnar thermal plant in Nashik, even as its creditors are working on a resolution plan for the debt-laden company.

Chalet Hotels: The hospitality arm of leading realtor K Raheja Corp is targeting to increase its margin, which is already the highest in the industry, to around 45 per cent on the back of expansion and rising room prices.

Uflex: Country's leading packaging company Uflex expects to complete its international expansion plan by next financial year, that will result in an increase in overseas contributions to the total revenue in the coming years, a company official has said.
