Lucknow received 4.3 mm rainfall and a low of 16.2 degrees Celsius which was five notches above the normal, it said.
According to the Met department, rain or thundershower are very likely at isolated places in eastern Uttar Pradesh, while weather is most likely to remain dry over western parts of the state.
Muzaffarnagar recorded the lowest temperature in the state at 11.1 degrees Celsius, it said.
