An Australian man has shared his delicious spicy Thai chicken wings recipe on social media, creating a dinnertime treat that can be made using just three ingredients.
The amateur cook purchased Coles chicken wings ($3), Marion's Kitchen Thai Spicy Satay sauce ($5) and Coles spray oil ($1.85) from his local supermarket in preparation for the evening.
The only appliance you need to perfect the crispy wings is a Kmart air fryer ($69).
'Set your air fryer to 200 degrees. Place the wings in the basket, shake and spray oil until they are lightly coated. Cook for 20 minutes,' he wrote by way of instruction.

'Then pour three quarters of the spicy Thai satay sauce over the wings. Set the air fryer to 180 degrees and cook for another 20 minutes before serving.'
The man shared an image of the end result which featured sizzling chicken skins and a deliciously smooth looking inner layer.
The meal, he added, was gluten free so those with coeliac disease like himself could enjoy it with a side of salad or wedges.
Helpful commenters pointed out that while the meal looked delicious you should avoid using spray oil in the basket of the air fryer because the carbons can strip the non-stick coating.

'You are better off tossing any food in a little bit of extra virgin olive oil before placing it in the basket,' one woman said.
The suggestion was noted among plenty of comments praising his cookery.
'Her sauce does have a bit of a kick to it for those who are not into that. When she says spicy it's spicy... keen to try it on wings though,' one man said.
'This looks delicious! And doesn't seem to require much effort at all,' said another.
