Rishi Kapoor says he is fed up with 'today's directors', Shekhar Kapur adds 'well said'

One of the many factors that contribute to Rishi Kapoor's immense popularity on social media is his frank and honest posts. He never minces his words, nor does he shy away from expressing his views. Now, his new post on Twitter is directed towards filmmakers of today. Sharing a black and white BTS picture from the sets of Shammi Kapoor starrer ‘Teesri Manzil’ wherein director Vijay Anand is seen taking a close look at the lead actor's expressions from close proximity, Rishi writes that he is fed up with the new crop of directors who toy around with the 'monitor', as opposed to watching their actors in close proximity. Filmmaker Shekhar Kapur agreed with Rishi and retweeted the post. He also expressed that he hates the 'video monitor' as it is a lazy way to make a movie.
