Thane: Delegation takes anti-CAA plea to minister

THANE: A delegation of protesters against CAA and NPR, ‘Sanvidhan Bachao Sangharsh Samiti’ of Thane district on Saturday met state housing minister Jitendra Avhad and requested him not to implement CAA and NPR in the state.
Avhad assured us he “will speak to the CM”, said samiti president Kanchan Kulkarni.
