Kim Kardashian West’s go-to makeup artist is coming to Mumbai for Nykaaland

If you can’t stop watching makeup tutorials online, double tap on every skincare-related meme on Instagram and keep up with the newest beauty products to hit the shelves, you’ll want to bookmark the third weekend of March 2020 on your calendar, especially if you’re going to be in Mumbai. Nykaa will be hosting its first-ever interactive beauty event, Nykaaland, on March 21-22, 2020, offering a variety of exciting experiences for beauty enthusiasts in the city. “This unique event gives us yet another opportunity to delight our customers with exceptional beauty experiences and expert interactions,” confirms Falguni Nayar, founder and CEO, Nykaa.

The festival will host more than 40 Indian and international beauty brands (think M.A.C Cosmetics, Huda Beauty, Kama Ayurveda, Kay Beauty, Innisfree and Pixi by Petra), so you can play around, try new products and discover your new favourite highlighter or mascara. And if you’re still a neophyte, you can also attend an interactive session with Masaba Gupta, and masterclasses with celebrity favourites like Namrata Soni, Sonic Sarwate and Anthony Cole.

But the most exciting part is that Mario Dedivanovic—Kim Kardashian West’s go-to makeup artist—will be headlining the event with an on-stage tutorial on March 21, 2020, giving makeup fiends a chance to watch him create his most popular looks from start to finish. “Masterclasses are my way of connecting with makeup lovers from different parts of the world,” shares Dedivanovic. “Indian beauty draws heavily from history and culture, making it one of the most varied and rich definitions of beauty. And my session at Nykaaland will be inspired by the sensibilities and preferences of [the country].”
