Car smashes into Reservoir police station, crushes police car
A four-wheel-drive has smashed into the roller door at Reservoir police station in Melbourne's outer-north and crushed a police car.
The 4WD came to a stop on top of an unoccupied police car about 10.50am on Thursday.

The police station was evacuated and no one was injured, but paramedics were called and treated one person at the scene.
The man behind the wheel of the 4WD has been taken into custody and is assisting police with their inquiries.

The exact circumstances of the crash are still being established.
Police said there was no threat to the community, but Edwardes Street has been closed in both directions and drivers have been advised to avoid the area.
