3 held for selling cars on fake documents
The CIA-III police have arrested Paramvir Singh of Akalgarh village, Sudhar, for selling cars on fake documents. The accused and his accomplices identified as Paramjit Singh of Dugri and Ravinder Singh of Shimlapuri used to get cars on loan and later sell these after making fake documents. The police have also recovered three cars — Volkswagen, Hyundai Creta and Hyundai Verna from their possession. A case has been registered in this matter.
Drug peddler arrested
Sarabha Nagar police have arrested Gurmeet Singh of Durgapuri with 10g heroin. The accused was arrested from near the cremation ground of Barewal road when he was commuting on his scooter. A case has been registered against him in this connection.
