'Someone give him a Logie': Married At First Sight fans label Michael Goonan a 'troublemaker'... and they can't seem to get enough of the pot-stirrer
He caused quite a stir on Wednesday's episode of Married At First Sight.
The drama kicked off when Michael Goonan, 28, decided to antagonise fellow participant Steve Burley at a dinner party, purely to get a reaction out of him.
Sensing an opportunity, the company director inserted himself into a tiff between Steve, 51, and his 'wife' Mishel Karen over cleaning. It went downhill from there.

By the end of the episode, Michael also managed to come between Mikey Pembroke and his 'wife' Natasha Spencer. Understandably, Michael was quite the sensation on social media.
'Someone give Michael a Logie cause he really makes the entertainment on this damn show,' one user wrote.
While another said: 'Michael may not know how to cook, but he can sure whip up a storm'.

Loving him: 'I don't like Michael. I love Michael,' commented one MAFS viewer
A third chipped in: 'I don't like Michael. I love Michael,' along with an emoji of a spoon, before another viewer labelled him a 'troublemaker'.
On Wednesday's MAFS, Natasha made a crucial error when she decided to share intimate details about her '10 second' sex life with her 'husband' Mikey.
The information proved too hot for Michael to keep a lid on. He immediately ran to producers and vowed to bring the issue up over dinner to create drama.

'It was a joke with you guys and I would never disrespect my partner!' Natasha then returned to the dinner table to confront Michael about the situation in an explosive confrontation

Fighting words: 'Don't sex shame ya lad for anything!' Michael shouted back at Natasha
'Mikey's gonna blow up when someone does the right thing and tells him what she said - I'll do it!' Michael told a producer.
As soon as he got the chance, Michael pulled Mikey aside to tell him an exaggerated version of his conversation with Natasha.
In a piece to camera, Michael said: 'I'm sick of having to sit there and watch people sugarcoat [their relationship].'
Married At First Sight continues Sunday at 7pm on Channel Nine.
