The judicial commission of inquiry into state capture is expected to hear testimony from the State Security Agency (SSA) when evaluator Nokunqoba Gloria Dlamini takes the stand on Wednesday. Dlamini's testimony is expected to relate to aviation.
On Tuesday, the commission heard evidence from a witness identified only as "Mr X". Due to the nature of the witness's evidence and a fear of retaliation, his identity is being protected.
Mr X, who owns a company called Isibonelo Construction, implicated former SAA chairperson Dudu Myeni when he said his company was used by a company called Premier Attractions, owned by Myeni's son, Thalente Myeni, to deposit R3m.
Mr X testified that he and Dudu Myeni had a close relationship and were business partners around 1998 and 1999.
Thalente Myeni testified at the inquiry on Monday.
