Elderly lady in wheelchair rescued from floods in Herefordshire

Rescue efforts in Herefordshire saw teams rescuing an elderly lady in a wheelchair from the devastating floods caused by Storm Dennis on February 18.

Footage shows rescue teams in Whitchurch pull a dingy where the elderly lady is aboard, then lift her from the vessel to shallower waters.
