DoubleTree by Hilton Ann Arbor North Opens

DoubleTree by Hilton

Following a $9 million renovation, DoubleTree by Hilton Ann Arbor North today opened its doors to guests as the only full-service hotel in North Ann Arbor. Located within five miles of downtown Ann Arbor, the 227-room hotel transformation welcomes guests with upgraded accommodations, including 55-inch televisions, sleek glass showers, new carpeting, stylish furniture and three state-of-the-art Five Feet to Fitness guest rooms — which offer a convenient way for guests to exercise in the privacy of their rooms with more than 11 different pieces of equipment. Additional enhancements were made to the conference, catering and events spaces, as well as the on-site restaurant.

“I’m elated to welcome guests to our beautiful hotel and to celebrate with everyone who made this day possible, including our hotel team members; management company, Linchris Hotel Corporation; the DoubleTree by Hilton brand team; and Ann Arbor city leaders,” said Ryan Connors, general manager, DoubleTree by Hilton Ann Arbor North. “We look forward to continuing the DoubleTree by Hilton philosophy of making guests feel comfortable while traveling, from welcoming them with a signature, warm DoubleTree chocolate chip cookie at check-in and serving the local community, to innovating for the future through contemporary accommodations and amenities.”

“Known as a culinary hotspot, tech hub and bustling university town, we are glad to be part of the vibrant Ann Arbor community and are excited to officially unveil DoubleTree by Hilton Ann Arbor North to the marketplace,” said Brian Anderson, vice president, operations, Linchris Hotel Corporation. “Hilton is a great company to partner with for travelers coming to the Ann Arbor area. We look forward to adding to the growing local economy and drawing more business and leisure travellers to Ann Arbor.”
