According to Jitendra Narain, IAS , Principal Resident Commissioner , Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Delhi is the melting pot of various cultures from all over India, and giving Delhi a taste of Arunachalese food and culture is like treating the entire country.” Scroll below to know about these rare and flavourful dishes that define the vibrancy of state’s gastronomy.
