KALYAN: A mob of women caught a 20-year-old physically abusing a minor girl in Kalyan on Saturday.
Shahil Bagwan was handed over to Khadakpada police, who arrested him under Pocso Act and IPC. The incident took place in the afternoon, when the girl was returning from school. The accused lured her with Rs 50 to the terrace of a building nearby.
He was caught red-handed.
