Traffic - A548
Queueing traffic on A548 Sealand Road Eastbound near the Texaco Service Station. In the roadworks area.
Traffic management is in place for ongoing water main works, this is mostly affecting traffic heading into Chester.

Reports of sheep on road on A525 Southbound from Pizza Hut (Rhyl) to A547 (Rhuddlan). Approach with care.
Man's body recovered from swollen Welsh river during Storm Dennis
The body of a man has been found after he was washed away in Storm Dennis.
He was seen going into the River Tawe near Gorsedd Park in the Ystradgynlais area at about 10am earlier today.

North Wales driver Elfyn Evans is leading the 2020 FIA World Rally Championship after rewriting the sport’s history books with victory in Rally Sweden.
The 31-year-old from Dolgellau, Gwynedd, has become the first-ever British driver to win the wintry Scandinavian classic.

Major search launched for missing man whose car was left near aqueduct
A major search operation has been launched to find a missing man whose car was found near an aqueduct.
North Wales Police has issued an appeal after a missing 62-year-old man vanished after his car was parked close to Pontcysyllte Aqueduct in Wrexham.

A483 crash
The A483 was closed overnight around Junction 5 for Wrexham due to a crash.
The road was closed for more than five hours as a result of the crash.
We are looking to get further details of what happened.
Driver rescued from flood water
A driver was rescued from flood water in Bangor-on-Dee overnight by the fire service.
They said that he was not harmed, and it was a relatively straight forward rescue.

Remaining windy on Monday, with blustery showers, interspersed with sunny spells.
“There could be some locally very heavy downpours, with the potential for hail and thunder. Feeling raw during any intense showers. Maximum temperature 9 °C.”
