Finnish teacher’s images of bear cubs win hearts of many online
It was a visual treat to a Finnish teacher while he was wandering in the woods to take some photos. Valtteri Mulkahainen, a physical education teacher was interested in photography and decided to click some pictures when he was on his daily walk. While he was admiring the beauty of the flora, he witnesses a bear family a little distance away. Three bear cubs with their mother were present and the little ones were seen on their hind legs, dancing and playing and even started to fight amongst them. Valtteri while posting the images of the cubs and its mother online captioned it saying that the antics of the bear cubs reminded him of little children. Although the mother bear was present, it did not sense him but kept watch on her little ones.
Toddler mimics dance moves from ‘Frozen’ prompting ‘real’ Elsa to reply
Netizens couldn’t stop praising a little girl from Texas, who dressed up as Elsa mimicked the dance moves from the song ‘Let It Go’ from the movie Frozen. The toddler, identified as Madelyn, despite the difficulty of wearing a heavy dress, moved in knee high snow and started to dance to the music. She also wore a crown to complete the attire of the fictitious character. The video, now circulating online was uploaded by her mother Kristi Michele. As the video got viral, it got the attention of the ‘real’ Elsa, Idina Menzel, the actor-singer who played the role in the movie. Idina commented,”Yes Madelyn,” on the post and even shard the video on her social page. Madelyn’s mother admits that her child often mimics the dance moves and sings the song but seeing the snowfall, she couldn’t resist from doing another one.
Iraqi weatherman receives snowballs from locals during live reporting
Little did an Iraqi reporter expect to be shrouded in snow after a friendly snowball attack took him by surprise while he was on live television. The reporter was on a snowy stretch reporting the heavy snowfall on camera, while little kids who passed him started to throw snowballs at him. Iraq which is witnessing heavy snowfall after a long time caught the locals by surprise and the attack on the weather man was a friendly banter. While the reporter at first dodged the snowballs at first, he later gave in to their whims as the camera kept rolling. The video has so far been viewed over 5,000 times and many praised the reporter for taking the issue in a light-hearted manner.
