Anti-CAA protests at Shaheen Bagh: Battle of strong opinions and SC's role

While the Shaheen Bagh protestors strongly oppose the CAA, NRC and even the NPR, legal counsel to the movement, Mehmood Pracha says it's anti Dalit and anti Muslims. Subramanian Swamy of BJP counters these views with his set of logic. The big question however is, what would be the way forward to resolve this issue?
