The A55 was closed in both directions following a serious crash.

The accident took place at Bryngwran, Anglesey, near junction five.

Both carriages of the expressway were closed and police, fire and ambulance teams are heading to the scene

The Welsh Ambulance Service (WAS) said it sent three ambulances and a car. There is no further information from the ambulance service.
