PATNA:
BJP national general secretary incharge of
Bihar Bhupender Yadav will reach here on Sunday to tone up the party’s organizational structure keeping in mind the state assembly elections to be held later this year.
Even as the election of Dr Sanjay Kumar Jaiswal as the party’s state chief was formalized in December, he is yet to announce the party’s new state executive committee, including the names of office-bearers for their new three-year term.
State BJP sources said the new state executive committee of the party would be announced in the next four days or so.
It is felt that the announcement of the new executive committee would serve as an important step towards gearing up the party’s organization to face the state assembly elections.
“The presence of our national general secretary here at this juncture will definitely motivate the party’s rank and file,” BJP state general secretary
Rajendra Singh said.
Yadav would interact with the core committee members who have to move to the districts whose incharges they are and stay there for a few days.
