Squirrel’s tough pole climb for food triggers mixed reactions online
Internet was all appreciation for the persistence of a squirrel whose ‘greasy’ act was caught on camera. The clip shows the squirrel struggling to climb a pole leading to a birdfeeder. However, it fails to do so as the pole had been greased to prevent animals from “stealing” food kept for the birds. The viral clip triggered several reactions online, with many finding the squirrel’s struggle to reach the food amusing. However, some also felt that the act of preventing the animal from eating food was “cruel”.

NASA joins #BroomstickChallenge storm online, albeit to bust standing broom myth
A tweet’s claims to be backed by NASA has stirred the internet so much that the space agency had to step in and clarify. The #BroomstickChallenge trended with a tweet shared on February 10, claiming that according to NASA, a broom can stand upright only on that particular day due to the “gravitation pull”. The viral post prompted many to give the #BroomstickChallenge a try. This led to NASA officials themselves stepping in to bust the myth behind the “standing broom” and that “basic physics works every day”
Okay so NASA said today was the only day a broom can stand up on its own because of the gravitational pull...I didn’t believe it at first but OMG! 😭😭😭😭😭 pic.twitter.com/M0HCeemyGt

Chihuahua resembling a film villain makes internet go gaga
While dogs take little time to catch one’s attention, a mixed-breed Chihuahua is garnering a lot more buzz online, thanks to its raised eyebrow. Two-year-old Lucky is the talk of the internet, thanks to its prominent, jet-black eyebrow over his right eye that gives him the look of a movie villain. The pooch, also having one brown-coloured eye and the other blue, not just had the owner “crazy” that she said she went ahead and adopted him but also now has a huge online following. Internet seems to be so much head-over-heels that Lucky now has a personal online page too.
