The air ambulance, police and two fire engines are at the scene of a crash on the A55.
The incident, which happened at 10.30am involves a 4X4 and a lorry in a lay-by just before Junction 31 eastbound near Rhuallt Hill.
One lane has been closed between Junction 30 (Travellers Inn) and J31 A5151 Caerwys while emergency services work at the scene.
Traffic is currently building up in the area.
A North Wales Police spokesman said: "We received reports at 10.30am of a collision between a 4x4 and a lorry in the lay-by on the A55 near Caerwys.
"We are still dealing with the incident."
