Greater Noida: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (
YEIDA) will
launch a residential housing scheme around
Holi. The scheme will have
flats in ground+ three buildings and will come up in Sector 18.
The planning division of the authority has been asked to prepare the blueprint. The chief executive officer of the authority, Arun Vir Singh, on Thursday, asked the officials to keep in mind the housing needs of people who will work at the upcoming handicrafts, MSME and apparel park in the vicinity.
The minimum size of a flat will be 29 sqm (312 sqft), Singh said. Officials have earmarked two plots for the scheme, measuring 15 hectare and 5 hectare in the sector.
YEIDA is hoping to attract skilled workforce that would be employed at shops and industrial units. TNN
