Lille set Osimhen asking-price

Lille have reportedly set a €50m asking-price for rumoured Liverpool target Victor Osimhen according to reports in France.

The Reds were linked with the 21-year-old last month with the forward shining in Ligue 1 this season, netting 17 goals in all competitions.

Lille were in no mood to sell mid-season but French outlet BuzzSport.fr, cited by Inside Futbol, claims they are more open to a sale this summer providing a club meets their asking-price.

And with the Ligue 1 side well aware of numerous interest in Osimhen, they are not willing to sell him on the cheap.

Liverpool battle Real Madrid for Brozovic

Liverpool are reportedly battling Real Madrid for the signature of Marcelo Brozovic this summer.

The Reds were linked with the Croatian earlier this week after scouts reportedly watched him in Inter Milan’s 4-2 victory over AC Milan.

And TransferMarketWeb, cited by the Daily Star, are the latest news source to credit Jurgen Klopp’s side with interest in the 27-year-old.

Brozovic’s contract expires in 2022 and the report claims Inter could look to sell him this summer.

Newcastle interested in Lallana

Steve Bruce reportedly wants to sign Adam Lallana this summer report the Chronicle.

Interestingly, one of the players Bruce would love to bring to United is Adam Lallana, whose contract’s up in the summer.

Whether Liverpool persuade him to sign a year extension or not is not clear, but he’s one of those that Bruce would like to provide experience and creativity at Newcastle.

Whether that’ll ever get past the conversation stage or not I’m not sure.

We already know Lallana will be leaving at the end of his contract and has plenty of options.

But as much as Bruce might want him, can’t see him joining Newcastle if Arsenal, Tottenham and Leicester all fancy him too.

Liverpool 'make Mbappe offer'

Liverpool are reportedly one of four sides to have made a bid for Kylian Mbappe according to reports in Spain.

El Desmarque, cited by Sport Witness, claim the Reds are in the running for the World Cup winner.

However, their report says the Frenchman is not willing to consider offers at this current time and PSG have no plans to sell him this summer.

Carra's Ziyech surprise

Jamie Carragher has admitted his surprise that Liverpool didn’t move for Ajax playmaker Hakim Ziyech.

Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign the Moroccan this summer and, speaking on Sky Sports’ Weekend Preview, the Reds legend was left wondering what might have been.

The Ajax lad was outstanding last season in that Champions League run.

He was a player I thought actually Liverpool may look at as well; he can play both sides, maybe as cover for Mane or Salah.

But it looks like Chelsea have gone into the market and they’re going to do get something done already.

Mignolet's Liverpool prediction

Former Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet believes his old club has what it takes to emulate Manchester United and dominate the Premier League for years to come.

The Reds are just six wins away from becoming Premier League champions for the first time, and are still yet to taste defeat in the league this season.

And Mignolet believes there is no reason why the Anfield club can’t match what their arch rivals did in the 1990s and dominate England’s top-flight for a prolonged period of time.Former Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet believes his old club has what it takes to emulate Manchester United and dominate the Premier League for years to come.

Tune hasn't changed at Norwich but Liverpool fans can sing with conviction

A resounding 2-0 victory for Liverpool against Manchester United last month was met with a confident and familiar chorus from the Kop.

An unforgettable symphony of ‘Now you’re gonna believe us, we’re gonna win the league’ echoed out around the stadium as fans, who had collectively believed in Jurgen Klopp’s special project, were now getting louder in their collective confidence that this was “our year”.

This song went missing from the Anfield playlist for over five years, but was returned to its rightful owner last month when Mohamed Salah found the net in the dying seconds of the match to seal a 2-0 win.

In March 2014, a similarly resounding rout against Liverpool’s bitter rivals was met with the same inaugural battle cry of belief.
