Chief of Army Staff General MM Naravane said, “With the office of Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) and Dept of Military Affairs coming into being, I am sure that the synergy between three services will definitely get a fill-up and we will be much better prepared for whatever we have to do in future.” He was speaking at the book launch of Major General GD Bakshi in the national capital on February 13.
