MG Motor is gearing up to step up their luxury offerings in India

MG Motor India has had a brilliant start in the Indian car market with their Hector SUV doing great numbers and helping establish the brand. The British marque recently unveiled a more upmarket version of the Hector at the Auto Expo 2020, however it is the Gloster luxury SUV and G10 luxury MPV that really caught everyone’s attention.

MG Gloster – What we know so far

 

Unveiled with a lot of fanfare, the MG Gloster is set to compete in the luxury SUV segment. This full-size SUV boasts of massive proportions, a very upmarket fit and finish and it carries a bold, sturdy and reliable look. Named after a British jet-engine aircraft prototype, the Gloster boasts of class-leading features, a plush interior cabin and a robust engine that is bound to thrill. MG G10 – What we know so far

 

The luxury MPV segment is finally witnessing some action in India. While the bottom end of the market has been dominated by the Innova Crysta, the Kia Carnival now addresses the need for a larger, plusher MPV that sits in a segment a little higher than the Innova. MG is also set to join the luxury MPV bandwagon with the full-sized G10. Sold in markets across the globe, the G10 will come to India after the Gloster. It is touted to get a powerful diesel engine and will offer a panoramic sunroof, sliding doors and a ton of space on board with multiple seating configurations.
