It is his second SONA following the general elections which was held in May last year.The ANC is expecting a progress report on how Ramaphosa is faring in delivering its manifesto, especially in terms of economic growth.
The EFF has defended its plans to disrupt his speech, saying it formed part of the party's oversight role.
