After sweeping Delhi, AAP plans to contest Maharashtra local body polls

After sweeping Delhi with majority of seats, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) now eyes at local body polls in Maharashtra. AAP leader Preeti Sharma Menon said, “I would like to congratulate people of Delhi for choosing Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) once again. In Maharashtra, we will get involved in local body polls and raise an organisation here. I really wish that Delhi model is replicated by current Maharashtra government and in case, they want any assistance from us, we will be happy to help.”
