India has strongly condemned the heinous terrorist attack in Afghanistan which led to casualties of a number of people in Kabul yesterday. India has expressed condolences to the relatives of the deceased and the injured and to the government and people of Afghanistan.

External Affairs Ministry said in a release that the international community must unite in the fight against terrorism and hold the perpetrators and sponsors of terrorism to account. At least five people were killed in a suicide attack that rocked the Afghan capital early yesterday.
