Tune in at 19h15 this evening as the Ferrari Formula 1 team reveal their new car for the upcoming F1 season.

Leading up to this moment, Ferrari’s new car has been under a cloud of doubt following reports that the engineers and managers were not happy with preliminary data.

Now, however, new reports suggest that the team managed to turn their fortunes around. The data, according to reports, are closer to and/or matching Ferrari’s projections.

The Scuderia would need all their wits about them in 2020 if they are to break Mercedes’ stranglehold on the sport. In 2019, Ferrari had the strongest car on the grid, but poor strategic and driver errors cost them a chance at fighting Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes for both championships.

2020 will also be particularly important for Sebastian Vettel, who is out of contract at the end of this year. If the German wants to remain at Ferrari beyond this year in partnering Charles Leclerc, he’ll have to convince Ferrari’s top brass by the time the Spanish GP comes around.
