Body retrieved from Hobart river believed to be missing Victorian man
Tasmanian police believe they have found the body of a Victorian man who had been missing in Hobart for two days after a night out.
Jarrod Davies, 27, originally from Leongatha in South Gippsland, was last seen leaving the Observatory Bar on the Hobart waterfront in the early hours of Sunday.

On Tuesday afternoon, police said they recovered a body from the Derwent River, near where Mr Davies was last seen.
"The police investigation will continue to focus on Mr Davies' movements in the time leading up to him entering the water and the circumstances surrounding his death," Tasmania Police said in a statement.

"Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones at this sad time."
Mr Davies was a scuba diving manager, according to his social media pages.
Police said he was visiting Hobart with his father, who had been out with him on Saturday but went home early.
Mr Davies' father raised the alarm when he did not return to their hotel room, ABC reports.
