Life in North Wales' most isolated community where schools and the GP are over an hour away
The rural village of Llansannan has been named the most isolated area in North Wales.
According to a recent ONS report, the Conwy county village and neighbouring areas were on average a two hour return journey away from a primary school, three hour return journey away from secondary school, and was 140 minutes return journey away from the nearest GP by foot or public transport.

Storm Ciara has battered North Wales with 93mph winds and heavy rain - and there is even more bad weather on the way.
Winds hit 93mph in Aberdaron, 89mph in Capel Curig, 70mph in Valley, 69mph in Bala, 67mph in Hawarden and 58mph in Rhyl.
