A three-month-old boy who miraculously survived a horror crash that killed both his parents has been released from hospital following brain surgery.
Eduardo Rodrigues, 41, and his wife Danielle Bileski, 37, were killed when their Nissan Pathfinder rolled 'five or six times' on the Forest Highway near Bunbury, south of Perth, on January 12.
Three-month-old Rafael, three-year-old Anthony, six-year-old André and Mr Rodrigues' parents, in their 60s, were also inside the car.
The couple's oldest son, 15, was not in the car at the time of the accident.

The three children and two grandparents were taken to hospital for treatment, but little Rafael needed the most care.
He was released from Perth Children's Hospital on January 23, before being admitted to Perth Royal Hospital six days later after high pressure and bleeding was found on his brain.
Rafael was rushed to surgery and was 'feeling good' after the operation on February 3, flashing a huge grin as he was released from hospital on Saturday.
Ms Bileski's brother Matheus told The West Australian the baby was doing well after the operation and was 'a happy boy'.
Images showed the little boy sleeping with a bandage around his head following the surgery, while others showed him smiling at the chance to go home.
A Go Fund Me set up to help the three siblings as they face a life without their parents has already raised an incredible $116,000.
The extended family hope the money will be able to fund the children being raised in Perth, as per their parents' wishes.

The children are in the care of their grandparents, who have been released from hospital.
Friend Mariana Queiroz, who was driving ahead of the family, described the moment she helplessly watched the fatal crash in her rear-view mirror.
'I remember my husband yelling ''please Mariana, it's them'', but I couldn't think much,' she told 7 News.
She said she saw them through the mirror and was shocked to see the car rolling repeatedly.
The couple pulled over and rushed to the mangled car.

More than 200 showed their support for Eduardo and Danielle's family in a funeral service at at Pinaroo cemetery on January 24
'There was a lot of help there, one lady went inside the car to get the baby and another got Anthony,' she said.
'The older one was screaming a lot, saying "my mum's dead, my mum's dead," and I was like, "No, you have to look at me, stay with me".'
A horror Triple-0 call was made to police as the accident unfolded.
Western Australia Emergency Services Minister Francis Logan was one of the first on the scene and immediately phoned emergency services, WA Today reported.
In the chilling call, Mr Logan could be heard describing the situation as 'horrendous' and suggesting a rescue helicopter.
'There are three people injured quite badly...and possible injuries to a child,' he said.

Mr Rodrigues' parents hope the donations will be able to fund the children being raised in Perth, as per their parents' wishes
'One's got blood on them the other one is sitting down holding her hand and one of the children is holding his stomach.'
'In terms of the ambulance, can you make sure the ambulance gets here as quickly as possible? It could even be a helicopter because these people are very badly injured.'

There was only standing room in the chapel as friends and family came to pay their respects.
Mr and Ms Bileski moved to Perth from Brazil ten years ago.
