Meanwhile, over 70 participating companies, including American aerospace company Lockheed Martin and 12 Chinese companies, have withdrawn their names from Asia's largest aviation and defense program 'Singapore Air Show'.

Official sources said that in the letter, the Prime Minister expressed solidarity with the Chinese President and the people there about the outbreak of the virus in China. He said that Modi has offered help to China to overcome the problem. It also mourned the deaths of people from the outbreak. According to new data released by Chinese authorities, so far 811 people have died due to coronavirus infection while the number of infection cases has reached 37,198. Modi also thanked Xi for helping evacuate about 650 Indians from Hubei province.
