Hours after the Delhi Assembly elections took place on Saturday, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh alleged that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was making attempts to tamper the EVM machines. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal asked the Election Commission of India (ECI) as to why the ECI has not released the final voting percentage even after a day.
Kejriwal tweeted “Absolutely shocking what the EC is doing. Why are they not releasing poll turnout figures, several hours after polling?”
