Devotee dies while trekking on hills

Coimbatore: A 42-year-old woman died while she was trekking the Marudhamalai hills here on Saturday.
She was headed for Thai Poosam festival and suddenly lost consciousness at the hills.
S Senthamarai, 42 from Uppilipalayam, developed breathing difficulties while climbing the hills on the steps.
Thousands of devotees were trekking the hills to go and worship lord Murugan.
She was rushed to the temporary medical camp which was stalled at government tribal students school. Doctors declared her as dead. Vadavalli police registered a case and sent the body to Coimbatore Medical College Hospital for postmodern.
