BJP ending old Bodo conflict but lighting new CAA-NRC fires reveals its Northeast hypocrisy

PM Modi’s visit to Assam’s Kokrajhar to ‘celebrate’ the Bodo agreement shows the BJP’s muddled approach in the state. On one hand, it wants to bring closure to old conflicts, and on the other, is opening fresh wounds by hyphenating CAA & NRC. This exposes Modi government’s hypocrisy towards Northeast.
