Pramod Sawant unhappy with opposition’s role: Porvorim MLA Rohan Khaunte

PORVORIM: The opposition’s role is to expose the government on the floor of the House and I think that it has not gone well with chief minister Pramod Sawant, Porvorim MLA Rohan Khaunte said on Thursday.
They must have planned this, he said. “First they started with a personal attack. We all have legal businesses,” the MLA said.
Khaunte said that BJP spokesperson Premanand Mahambre is known to me. He should not have stooped to such low-level politics, he said.
Khaunte said, “The government calls itself the government of the common man, but after my arrest I don’t know what will happen to the common man.”
