NOIDA: The Noida Authority has issued a fresh notice to BJP functionary Shrikant Tyagi, informing that all “illegal” construction carried out by him in the park and common area of Grand Omaxe housing society in Sector 93B will soon be removed and the expenses involved in the same would be recovered from him.
The notice issued by the planning department on Monday comes over a month after a “final notice” was issued by the Authority to Tyagi, directing him to clear the encroachments within a week.
“... you are being informed that the unauthorised construction would be demolished by the Authority, whose responsibility would be yours and the cost would be recovered from you,” read the latest notice in possession with TOI.
Despite repeated attempts, Tyagi could not be contacted.
The Grand Omaxe Apartment Owners’ Association had approached the Authority CEO in October 2019, complaining about the Tyagis carrying out construction of a wall in the common area, unauthorised construction in the basement, raising height of boundary wall and spoiling the symmetry of his own flat.
Swati Agrawal of the association, said on Wednesday they had recently taken up the matter again with Noida CEO.
